Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • Competition open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • Excludes employees of The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience and any associated persons.

2. Participation Restrictions:

   • Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation. This includes individuals who become pregnant between redeeming their prize and attending the attraction.
   • The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London is open to customers aged 9+.
   • Customers under 18 must be accompanied by a playing adult with a valid ticket. Unaccompanied 9 -17 year olds will not be able to play, and no replacement of prize will be given.

3. Health and Safety:

   • Upon arrival, you must sign a health and safety waiver. Failure to sign will result in being unable to play, with no refund offered. This aligns with our health and safety policy.

4. Prize Details:

   • Full Terms and Conditions for visiting The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London apply and can be found here.
   • Prize includes: Playing the Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London with either Hunter and Jet from Gladiators, Mr Blobby, OR Dick and Dom.
   • The dates for these have already been determined as 24th July 2024, 31st July 2024, and 7th August 2024.
   • Prize winners will only win ONE session.
   • Which of the Guest Maze Masters prize winners are matched with will be picked at random based on availability.
   • Competition fully closes at 23:59 on 1st August 2024.
   • Prize will be drawn three times (one per Guest Maze Master session) and the winners contacted as per the schedule below.
     • For the 24th July session, the winner will be contacted on 19th July 2024.
     • For the 31st July session, the winner will be contacted on 26th July 2024.
     • For the 7th August session, the winner will be contacted on 2nd August 2024.
   • Winner will be informed via email from our Guest Services team on guest.services@the-crystal-maze.com.

5. General Terms:

   • No cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part.
   • Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
   • The promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding, with no correspondence entered into.
   • The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
   • No guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. Liability for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations only applies if caused by promoter's negligence.
   • The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is not liable for any cancelation by the Guest Maze Masters and will not guarentee their appearance. In the unlikely case that this happens, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience will endeavour, at their discretion, to deliver an alternative prize to the prize winners.
   • The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience’s management’s decision is final in all matters related to this competition and its prizes.
