Retail Sales Assistant – The Crystal Maze Live Experience London - London

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is the ultimate team play attraction. Based on the iconic Crystal Maze TV Show; the live experience gives teams the chance to run, jump, slide and challenge themselves – all against the clock.
You will be joining a fast-paced business that puts fun and challenge at the heart of everything we do.

About you
We are looking for fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our retail team which consists of an admissions area and a shop. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. You will adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service at all times. You will be passionate about the product and have a keen eye for detail
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure our shop is managed while still delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure all public areas have well-stocked displays and point of sale, ready for the attraction opening and that the areas are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
• Ensure the highest standards of accurate and efficient cash handling procedures while monitoring guest flow during transactions
• To follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
• Responsibility to ensure compliance of all company policy & Procedures
• Drive sales and targets
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in the service industry
• Retail experience is desirable but not required
• Knowledge of PCI & Cash Handling Procedures
• Passion for delivering great customer service

We are looking for fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our Operations team. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. You will adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service at all times. You will be passionate about the product and have a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:
• Ensuring all health and safety protocol has been followed
• Adhere to all risk assessments
• General housekeeping throughout the maze and Front of house areas
• Providing first aid assistance where required (training provided)
• Greeting the teams at the beginning of their experience
• Guiding them through their entry process and the start of their journey before they meet their maze master
• Resetting the games inside the maze
• Supporting your Maze master and fellow Hosts throughout their journey
• Supporting our sales team

About You:
• Self-motivated and works well in a team
• Live Theatre or Attraction experience is desirable but not required.
• Previous experience in service industry
• Knowledge of PCI & Cash Handling Procedures
• Passion for delivering great customer service

About you

We are looking for fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our Bar team.

You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. You will adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service at all times. You will be passionate about the product and have a keen eye for detail as well as complying with all policies and procedures at all times.

Role and Responsibility

  • Ensure our Bar is managed while still delivering an excellent guest experience.

  • To deliver food and drinks to customers

  • Responsibility to ensure compliance of all company policy & Procedures as well as quality and safety controls.

Skills and Experience

  • Bar experience
  • Personal Licence Holder is preferred but not essential
    Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night time work will be required
  • Passionate about customer service and the food and drinks industry

Event Sales Executive - Manchester Maze - Manchester

Reporting to the head of Sales you will be responsible for creating warm leads from cold and passing onward to the Sales + Events Manager and working to close Corporate bookings for the attraction. Email CV and covering letter to [email protected]

Duties will include;

  • Raise lists of businesses and associations for cold calling targeting top 300 employers
  • Manage and track the progress of sales leads
  • Must have 2 years sales experience
  • Event industry or attraction is an advantage
  • Actively pursue warm leads to confirm bookings
  • Generate new sales leads by proactively exploiting personal and business networks.
  • Raise the profile of the events offering with PR trade marketing & advertorial [linked-in, corporate training press, et al]
  • Explore opportunities within trade associations & groups to maximize ticket sales
  • Arrange and administer invoicing and payments for client deposits and final payments owing, submitting financial report/invoices to Accountant.

 

£20,000 + £10K OTE
