But how do you purchase a Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Gift Voucher? We hear you cry! Well follow these simple steps and we’ll have you purchasing like a pro in no time.

1. Head to our website:
Visit our website here and select The Maze you think the super fan in your life would like to visit: Manchester or our #ALLNEW London, West End Maze** and click book now! That’s the first step done… if only the games were as simple!

2. Choose Gift Voucher:
You should now see 4 boxes (if not, you may want to navigate back or call our guest services team – details below) click ‘Buy a Gift Ticket’

3. Select the quantity of Gift Tickets you’d like to purchase:
There’s no limit to how many Gift Tickets you are able to purchase. Please note our teams are of up to 8 – so maybe something to keep in mind if wanting to buy a full team.

Important Information About Gift Tickets:

Your gift ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Tickets must be booked and redeemed within this period.

Your gift ticket is only valid at The Maze you select and cannot be transferred to other mazes. Please check your gift ticket carefully before purchasing or redeeming.

Gift tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Gift tickets are redeemable for one ticket unless otherwise stated. No cash value or change will be given.

Once your Gift Ticket booking is complete we’ll send your Gift ticket via email so there will be no waiting impatiently for the pesky postman and you can stare lovingly and longingly at your Gift ticket until your time comes to redeem – you can find out how to redeem here.

Remember if you’ve got a number of vouchers to use or you’ve had one too many Babychams (other cheap, sparkling drinks are available) the night before, our ever helpful Customer Service team are on hand to make the whole process a piece of cake.
