Get out of the house
Seriously, get out of the house! Everyone’s feeling those late winter blues, so gather together in a cosy pub or bar and release that weekday tension over some chips. If anything, it’s a good excuse to get some chips.

Take your mind off work

We all know how hard it can be to switch off and relax on a weeknight, knowing you’ve got all those emails to answer and deadlines to meet the next day. It’s important to have some downtime before you get back into the great rat race, so make sure you organise activities which keep your brain busy and distracted but still having lots of fun.
