WILL YOU RESTART THE FANS… PLEASE!

Our re-opening plans
INFORMATION FOR GUESTS COMING TO PLAY THE CRYSTAL MAZE LIVE EXPERIENCE IN LONDON OR MANCHESTER.

Excellent news, Mazers! We intend to re-open The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience in London and Manchester on the 4th July 2020.

Here at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience, it is our business to deliver you a truly interactive, frenetic and, yes, extremely silly team challenge. But for now, allow us to adopt a more serious tone than usual, in order to highlight our commitment to the safety and well-being of you and our colleagues.

We are excited to welcome you back for a bucketload of, much needed, fun. To do this, we have introduced a whole range of new Health and Safety measures in line with government guidelines and requirements of local health authorities that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19.

Things will be a little different as we all navigate this new world. Some of these new measures will be immediately obvious from the outset, whilst others will require some input from you to ensure that, together, we can have the most exhilarating fun, in the safest possible way.

Please take a moment to read our crystal-clear guidelines…

Clear Signage and Instructions

We have installed signage in the attraction, and have our a-maze-ing staff guiding you to help guests and staff members maintain a safe distance from each other.

No stranger danger here…!

There will be no mixed groups, and teams will only be made up from a single booking (minimum of 4 people per booking).

Hand Sanitising Stations

We will be asking all guests to regularly sanitise their hands throughout their experience.

PPE for all guests and staff

You will notice our staff wearing face masks/coverings and gloves. We also encourage you to wear a face covering while in the Maze. Masks will be available at the attraction should you require one.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

Throughout the day and after each team has left a room, which seek to disinfect high frequency touch points, such as the games and The Crystal Dome.
