INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE VISITING THE CRYSTAL MAZE LIVE EXPERIENCES IN LONDON AND MANCHESTER

As we move into the next stage of lifting the restrictions in England, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London and Manchester are continuing to do our bit to help keep you and you love ones safe, as we transition back to normal operation.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

We regularly use a disinfecting fog throughout the buildings, which kill all known viruses, including Covid-19, and provide a continuous 30 day protective layer on surfaces after use.

We also clean the maze and the games throughout the day and after each team has left a room, which seek to disinfect high frequency touch points, such as the games and The Crystal Dome.

 

Slowly moving back to mixing teams

We might be allowed to mingle again, but as we all might need a little while to get used to that idea, we will be waiting until the 1st of September to have teams made up from separate bookings (unless you request this, of course). If your visit is after 1st September and you are not a full team of 8, you may be joined by others on your team.

 

Hand Sanitising Stations

We will be asking all guests to regularly sanitise their hands throughout their experience.

 

Face Coverings for all guests and staff

The mazes are indoor attractions, so will continue to operate with face coverings. Our staff will continue to wear them, and we as you to wear your face covering for the entirety of your visit, unless you are exempt.

 

If you, or anyone in your household, are displaying any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19, we politely ask you not to visit.
