INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WANTING TO PLAY THE CRYSTAL MAZE LIVE EXPERIENCE IN LONDON OR MANCHESTER

LONDON

We are delighted to say that following the national lockdown, London will be entering Tier 2, which means that the London Maze will be OPEN

Here at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience, it is our business to deliver you a truly interactive, frenetic and, yes, extremely silly team challenge. But for now, allow us to adopt a more serious tone than usual, to highlight our commitment to the safety and well-being of you and our colleagues.

We are open and welcoming you and your household for a bucketload of, much needed, fun. To do this, we have introduced a whole range of Health and Safety measures in line with government guidelines and requirements of local health authorities that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19.

In line with government guidelines, we ask that all guests only visit in your households or bubble. The nature of the Crystal Maze LIVE Experience means that we always have small groups, and we are not mixing any teams, so we remain a great place to come with your bubbles and households.

MANCHESTER

Following the latest Government announcement, Manchester has entered Tier 3 restrictions, which means that unfortunately the Manchester Maze will remain temporarily closed until at least the 16th December 2020.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR MY BOOKING IF I’M MEANT TO BE VISITING BEFORE 16TH DECEMBER?

The value of your booking will be automatically credited to your Crystal Maze booking account for use against a future date once we reopen.  Our guest services team will be contacting all affected bookings with further details, in order of their visit date, and we thank you in advance for your continued patience and understanding during this time.

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS VISITING THE MAZE

Please take a moment to read our crystal-clear guidelines below, and visit our London and Manchester FAQ pages to find out more…

Clear Signage and Instructions

We have installed signage in the attraction, and have our a-maze-ing staff guiding you to help guests and staff members maintain a safe distance from each other.

No stranger danger here…!

There will be no mixed groups, and teams will only be made up from a single booking (minimum of 4 people per booking).

Hand Sanitising Stations

We will be asking all guests to regularly sanitise their hands throughout their experience.

Face Coverings for all guests and staff

It is now a legal requirement from the government for face coverings to be worn in our attractions. Please ensure you are wearing your face covering for the entirety of your visit, unless you are exempt.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

Throughout the day and after each team has left a room, which seek to disinfect high frequency touch points, such as the games and The Crystal Dome.
