Front of House - London

As part of the Front of House team at The Crystal Maze you will be responsible for all Front of House areas including the Box Office, Merchandise Shop, Briefing Area and Bar.

You will be energetic with plenty of personality to meet and greet guests as they arrive and assist them with their pre-experience registration and briefings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting & Greeting guests as they arrive, scanning guest tickets, assisting guests with their pre-experience registration.
  • Guest briefings.
  • Escorting guests to their zones
  • Promoting and selling merchandise
  • Selling refreshments at the Bar
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the Front of House areas and equipment
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by Supervisors or Management
  • Most importantly: Providing GREAT customer service

What we are looking for:

  • A passion for driving sales through guest interaction and communication
  • Self-motivated individuals with heaps of energy and enthusiasm
  • The right attitude, confidence and the ability to work within a team.
  • Previous experience working in an attraction

Crew - London

This is a fast-paced, fun role which requires a lot of time management and planning ahead as much as possible.

The role is physically challenging with long shifts, but this Is rewarded with a fun working environment and flexible shifts.

Job Outline
To reset games and maintain health and safety standards throughout the venue. To assist the show caller and Maze Masters during show times and to be on hand to assist players as and when needed.

Role and Responsibility
Opening and closing areas within the maze
Carrying out safety checks on games and transition areas
Resetting games
Assist with first aid incidents
Running certain aspects of the show
Assisting the Production team as and when required
Supporting Maze Masters if required
Assist in the event of an evacuation
