Operations Support Team Leader – The Crystal Maze Live Experience London - London

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is the ultimate team play attraction. Based on the iconic Crystal Maze TV Show; the live experience gives teams the chance to run, jump, slide and challenge themselves – all against the clock.

About You:
We are looking for fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our Operations team. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. You will adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service at all times. You will be passionate about the product and have a keen eye for detail.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all health and safety protocol has been followed within the operations team
  • Incentivising and motivating the front-line team to deliver excellent service standards
  • General housekeeping throughout the maze and Front of house areas

Take on the role of Duty Manager

Managing a team of up to 30 direct reports

  • Providing first aid assistance where required (training provided)
  • Logistical review of rotas and show formats
  • Supporting the operations support manager when required

 

Applicant requirements:

  • Self-motivated and works well in a team
  • Live Theatre or Attraction experience is desirable but not required
  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • Leaderships skills and experience

Host - MCR - Manchester

As a member of our host team you are the first person our guests meet before they go on their journey through time zones facing challenges along the way. You will also meet teams after their experience in our gift shop where you will assist with merchandise enquiries and talk about the crazy journey they have just experienced as a team.

The role entails:
• Retail Sales
• Resetting Games
• Health and Safety Briefings
• Working to a strict schedule
• Welcoming guests
• Managing admissions
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the maze and facilities
You will meet each guest and provide hints, tips and the serious stuff they will need to know before they Meet their Maze Master who will guide them through the game show experience.

Once your team are set to go with one of our Maze Masters you will follow closely resetting games that have been played and helping out with any needs the team may have.

You will need a strong work ethic and a passion for great customer service working within a team. As we work closely with our guests to a strict schedule you will also have to be adaptable and able to think on your feet and react quickly.

Host - London - London

Applicant requirements:

• Self-motivated and works well in a team • Live Theatre or Attraction experience is desirable but not required. • Previous experience in service industry • Knowledge of PCI & Cash Handling Procedures • Passion for delivering great customer service

Role and Responsibility

Ensure our Bar and Floor is managed while still delivering an excellent guest experience.
Ensure all public areas have well stocked displays, ready for opening and that the areas are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
To deliver food and drinks to guests
Ensure the highest standards of accurate and efficient cash handling procedures while monitoring guest flow during transactions
To follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
Responsibility to ensure compliance of all company policy & Procedures as well as quality and safety controls.

Skills and Experience
Bar/Waiter experience
Personal Licence Holder is preferred but not essential
Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night time work will be required
Passionate about guest experience and the food and drinks industry
