Customer Service Assistant(s) - London

We are currently searching for Customer Service Assistants to join our Crystal Maze Live Experience family as part of the Front of House team.

Overview:
We are currently searching for Customer Service Assistants to join our Crystal Maze Live Experience family as part of the Front of House team. We are looking for freelance part time staff who can cover shifts within operational hours between 9am and 11:30pm. As part of the role you will work on areas including Box Office, Café/Bar, Retail and Front of House.

Experience:

  • Work closely with FOH Managers with regard to fire alarm procedures and assisting with building evacuations.
  • Assisting the FOH Manager in ensuring the Health and Safety of Visitors.
  • Being well informed of specific information relating to The Crystal Maze – running times, cloakroom and bar services, age restrictions, merchandise etc.
  • Checking in bags, coats and keeping an organized, efficient and secure cloakroom system.
  • Selling merchandise and keeping an accurate count of takings and stock.
  • Working on the bar
  • Manning the briefing areas prior to guest’s arrival to the Maze.
  • Undertaking any other duties as reasonably required by the FOH Manager.

Requirements:

  • Punctual, reliable and able to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness and experience of health and safety legislation and proactive, particularly in immersive events
  • Cash Handling
  • Previous experience in FOH, Box Office or Bar Staff role is desirable.

We're now hiring Crew for the London Crystal Maze Live Experience - experience essential.

Little Lion Entertainment is now hiring Crew for the London Crystal Maze Live Experience, the popular 90’s TV show in which guest’s experience Aztec, Medieval, Industrial and Future zones as they gain Crystals gaining them time within the Crystal Dome. It is an opportunity to work in a popular interactive theatre setting.
Experience working as ASM, crew or back of house in an interactive theatre, or theatrical setting is key and availability on weekends and Mondays is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideally the role would suit someone with experience in back of house, crew or technical skills.
  • Responsible for the operational aspects of the Zones while working
  • Perform start of day checks and set up their Zone for the performance day and closing checks.
  • Reset games throughout the day as required.
  • Communicate with other Crew and Managers to ensure each show runs to time.
  • Report any problems to the relevant member of staff.
  • Maintain equipment as required.
  • At all times act as a fire safety marshal – training will be provided.
  • Flexible availability is essential during operational hours.

Customer Service Executive - Manchester - Manchester

We are recruiting for an office based Customer Service team to join the Crystal Maze LIVE Experience in Central Manchester.

We are looking for people who can cover operational hours between 9am and 6pm with the potential of variation to hours and operational days. As part of the role you will work within our support office team assisting guests with general enquiries and booking tickets, while maintaining the high standards of customer service we have developed.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls from guests relating to general enquiries, or to assist them in booking tickets.
  • Responding to emails and handling feedback.
  • Being well informed of specific information relating to The Crystal Maze – running times, facilities, availability and our Terms and Conditions.
  • Checking bookings and providing reports to the Line Manager.
  • Dealing with customer service issues appropriately and effectively, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Undertaking any other duties as reasonably required.

Person Spec:

  • Punctual, reliable and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Past experience in a Customer service role is Desirable.
  • Experience in a call centre environment would be an advantage but not essential.
  • PC skills: A full knowledge of basic office software and email systems – Ticketing software training would be provided
