London: Front of House (Christmas) - London

As part of the Front of House team at the Crystal maze you will be responsible for all Front of house areas of the Maze Experience. You will be responsible for the shop, entrance to the Experience, Meeting and Greeting guests, Assisting with the pre show processing of teams and feeding back day to day operation to your Line manager.

Hours vary each week on a Freelance Basis

Minimum salary:  £10 per hour

You will utilise your skills to promote sales of merchandise and Photos, monitor stock levels and fill shelves as and when required.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Day to day duties of selling merchandise and shop items
  2. Cash handling as and when needed
  3. Welcoming guests, checking tickets and assigning them a place in the pre show processing.
  4. Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  5. Assisting in the front of house pre show processing, adding to the guest experience.
  6. Assist Company management with additional reasonable tasks
  7. Managing the evacuation of the venue in the event of an emergency.
  8. Working with emergency services in the event of an emergency.
  9. Submit information towards daily reports for the Company management team.
£10 per hour

London Crew Member - London

As Crew Member at the Crystal maze you will be responsible for the back of house areas of the Maze Experience. You will be responsible for the resetting of the games and games rooms, reset the zone areas of the maze, you will then responsible for guests on site, Health and Safety, Report writing, and feeding back day to day operation to your Line manager.

You will utilise your skills to carry out minor repairs on the site, set and games in place, and there will be opportunity for you to attend when site is closed to carry out any vital repairs and upgrades to the site.

  2. Resetting and preparing the zones on site.
  3. Confirming at the beginning of the day that all games are ready for use, the games are all in working order, and continually updating the DM and show caller to any issues, breakages or damage within the maze.
  4. Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  5. Perform regular checks and ensure all equipment and PPE is maintained and certificated.
  6. Assist Company management with additional reasonable tasks
  7. Managing the evacuation of the venue in the event of an emergency.
  8. Working with emergency services in the event of an emergency.
  9. Submit information towards daily reports for the Company management team.

Manchester Crew Member - Manchester

The Maze needs crew! Our crew team reset the games throughout the day and assist Maze Masters in their journey through the many dimensions of the maze in regards to guest safety. You will also assist in ensuring the different areas are ready for visitors at the start of the day and closed down properly at the end of the night.This is a hands on role that requires some technical ability. We are an immersive theatre venue so a background in the environment is helpful.

Manchester Front of House - Manchester

We need Front of House team members who will help prepare our guests for their treacherous journey through time, space and games! You will brief teams, guide them through health and safety, and help with their retail requirements in our shop. You will open the Front of House and close it down making sure the area is warm, welcoming and inviting a all times whilst ensuring every team makes their show on time. This is a customer and retail focused role perfect for those with a passion for great service.
