The Crystal Maze will return to our TV screens for the first time in more than 20 years at 9pm on Sunday 16th October. The one-off celebrity special is being hosted by Stephen Merchant, who’s taking the role incredibly seriously. Stephen is going down the method acting route by donning a skullcap and a Richard O’Brien-esque velvet jacket and cravat ensemble in homage to the iconic Crystal Maze presenter.

He’s joined by former footballer Rio Ferdinand, actress Michelle Keegan, Paralympics champ Jonnie Peacock, TV and radio host Sara Cox and comedian Josh Widdicombe, who braved the Aztec, Medieval, Futuristic and Industrial zones during filming at our Crystal Maze Live Experience last week. The TV show is part of Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign.
