2. Promotion Overview
The Results Day Promotion is open to guests booking and visiting The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London or Manchester between 13 August 2026 and 16 August 2026 inclusive.
To qualify for free entry, guests must:
- Book a ticket for an eligible session using the promotional code CFORCRYSTAL at the time of booking; and
- Present valid proof on arrival that they have achieved a Grade C or above in their GCSE, A-Level or equivalent examination results. Accepted proof includes an official results document (digital or printed) clearly showing the guest's name and qualifying result. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to determine whether this requirement has been met.
The promotion is limited to the first 50 eligible bookings across The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London and Manchester during the promotional period and is available on a first come, first served basis. Once all promotional tickets have been claimed, the offer will no longer be available.
The promotional code is valid only for new bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
The offer is subject to availability and standard booking terms.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher unless otherwise stated.
The promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.
If a guest is unable to provide valid proof of eligibility on arrival, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to refuse the promotional offer. Entry may still be permitted upon payment of the applicable ticket price, subject to availability.
The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

By participating in this promotion, guests agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be acting in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience's Privacy Policy.
The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
