The BALD IS BACK Promotion is open to guests booking and visiting The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London on Friday 10 July 2026 or Saturday 11 July 2026.

To qualify for free entry, guests must:

• Book a ticket for an eligible session using the promotional code BALDISBACK at the time of booking; and
• Arrive wearing a bald cap for the duration of admission into the venue. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to determine whether this requirement has been met.

The promotion is limited to the first 50 eligible bookings across the promotional period and is available on a first come, first served basis. Once all promotional tickets have been claimed, the offer will no longer be available.

The promotional code is valid only for new bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

The offer is subject to availability and standard booking terms.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher unless otherwise stated.

The promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.

If a guest arrives without wearing a bald cap, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to refuse the promotional offer. Entry may still be permitted upon payment of the applicable ticket price, subject to availability.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

3. General

By participating in this promotion, guests agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be acting in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience's Privacy Policy.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
