2. The Red Card Promotion Overview

  1. The Red Card Promotion is open to guests aged 18 and over visiting The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience during the promotional period.
  2. The promotion will run from 00:00 on 11 June 2026 to 23:59 on 19 July 2026.
  3. Participating teams who catch 30 or more red tickets in the Crystal Dome during their Maze experience will qualify to receive one complimentary Red Card drink per eligible team member.
  4. All team members wishing to redeem a complimentary alcoholic Red Card drink must be aged 18 years or over. Valid photographic ID may be requested.
  5. Guests under the age of 18, or those who choose not to consume alcohol, may be offered a non-alcoholic alternative at the discretion of The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience.
  6. Complimentary drinks must be redeemed on the day of the visit and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded or carried over to a future visit.
  7. The Red Card Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
  8. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Scan to Win Competition

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  2. To enter, participants must scan the designated QR code displayed within the venue and correctly answer the competition question during the promotional period.
  3. The promotion will run from 00:00 on 11 June 2026 to 23:59 on 19 July 2026.
  4. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  5. Only one entry per person will be permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  6. By entering the competition, participants agree to be contacted by The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience for the purposes of administering the competition. Participants may also opt in to receive future marketing communications.
  7. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  8. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry within 14 days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Competition Prizes

The winner will receive one of the following prizes, selected at random by The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience:

  • A BuyAGift voucher to be used towards a stadium tour of the winner's choice (subject to Buyagift terms and availability);
  • A Behind the Scenes Experience at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience for the winner and up to 1 guest; or
  • Four tickets to Arcade Arena in London or Manchester.
  1. Arcade Arena London tickets are redeemable from 5 September 2026 onwards and are subject to venue opening, availability and Arcade Arena's standard booking terms and conditions.
  2. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
  3. Travel, accommodation and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  4. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

General

  1. By participating in either promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  3. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be acting in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  4. Personal data supplied during the course of these promotions will be processed in accordance with The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience's Privacy Policy.
  5. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  6. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
