Do I need to print my tickets or can I show them on my phone?

We accept printed tickets or are able to scan from a phone screen, provided the screen is clear and not damaged.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is a live event and as such, once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experiences takes approximately 75 minutes to complete, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your ticketed time and be aware that you may be on site with us up to 2 hours in total.

There are no height or  weight restrictions to enter The Maze. A small number of challenges within The Maze may have individual weight/height restrictions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if a member of your group can no longer attend the experience. However, you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another person. Simply have the new attendee bring the original booking confirmation with them on the day of the experience.
