Someone in my group can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if a member of your group can no longer attend the experience. However, you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another person. Simply have the new attendee bring the original booking confirmation with them on the day of the experience.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experiences takes approximately 75 minutes to complete. All guests select a 30 minute window prior to their experience to ensure entry, so expect to be with us for just over 2 hours.

We accept printed tickets or are able to scan from a phone screen, provided the screen is clear and not damaged.

There are no height orĀ  weight restrictions to enter The Maze. A small number of challenges within The Maze may have individual weight/height restrictions. Please contact our Guest Services team for more information
