Is the experience suitable for people with light sensitivity requirements

Some areas of the attraction do use strobe/flashing lights. Unfortunately we aren’t able to turn down/off these lights due to how they are built into the show. For more information on the use of these effects within the experience please contact our Guest Services team.

Any team with children must have at least one adult (18+). If there are eight or more children in your group, they will be split across multiple teams and each team must have at least one adult with them.

We can accommodate some access needs at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London, but we may need to make adjustments to shows in order to do so. If you have access needs please send our Guest Services team an enquiry through our Contact Us page.

Unfortunately the Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London does not have wheelchair access due to the historic nature of the building it is situated in. Wheelchair users are welcome at our sister attraction, the Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester

The Experience is designed to be played in teams of up to 8, if you book for less than 8 people you may be joined by other players to make up your numbers.

In certain circumstances it may be necessary to split bookings of less than 8 to accommodate all bookings in the booking window.

Booking in multiples of 8 is the best way to guarantee not mixing with other bookings.

If booking for Post October 14th please select the option "Private Shows" from the booking window for a 10% when booking 8 or 16 tickets and a guarantee you will be playing privately.

We’re open all week on most days throughout the year. Please check our booking calendar for the most up to date openings.

Select the number of tickets required for your group, then choose your date and time. To qualify for a family ticket, the group must include at least one adult AND at least two children, OR two adults AND between one to five children. For the purposes of our experience, children are those between 9-16.
