We can accommodate most access needs at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester, but we may need to make adjustments to shows in order to do so. If you have access needs please send our Guest Services team an enquiry through our Contact Us page.
The Experience is designed to be played in teams of up to 8, if you book for less than 8 people you may be joined by other players to make up your numbers.
In certain circumstances it may be necessary to split bookings of less than 8 to accommodate all bookings in the booking window.
Booking in multiples of 8 is the best way to guarantee not mixing with other bookings.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester welcomes teams of up to eight people, larger groups will need to split across multiple teams.
Please note that teams with less than 8 people may be joined by other players.

If a group of 9 is desperate to play together, we are happy to allow your to stay together on the understanding that some of your group will play less games.
